Its future is associated with The University of Glasgow and will continue its good work north of the border. It is intended to be of interest to all teaching focused academics in higher education who strive towards teaching excellence and wish to innovate their practice. In episode 14 we talk to Kamil Zwolski, who is an Associate Professor in International Politics at The University of Southampton and The Jean Monnet Chair of European Security Governance.

Kamil is at the forefront of innovative applications in education, most notably through his student partnership projects on assessment and feedback utilising MS Teams (something that we now all find ourselves becoming familiar with whether we like it or not!).

As part of his Jean Monnet Chair award, Kamil began popularising research-based teaching in European studies. His annual Workshop ‘Research-based Teaching in EU Studies’ offers inclusive and encouraging space to exchange knowledge and best practice among EU studies teachers.
